The Education Fund is our direct donation program and the cornerstone of our fundraising efforts at West Portal. 100% of your donation goes to West Portal School and is tax- deductible. The goal for the Education Fund is $100,000.
Our goal is to work together as a community and have every family donate to the Education Fund – our main fundraiser! We ask families to contribute $450 per child ($650 for families with multiple children). We realize that not everyone can give at these levels. There is no “right amount” and any amount is welcome. The important thing is for all of us to contribute generously at a level within our budget. Every dollar raised can be the difference between continuing these very valuable programs and joining other California schools in maintaining the minimum standards. If your budget allows, kindly consider sponsoring one or two other children.

If possible, we ask you to make your donation by December 16th, 2011. You may make donations at anytime during the year, but getting the bulk of Education Fund donations by the end of the fall semester helps the West Portal Parent Club to determine our progress towards meeting our overall $178,750 fundraising goal.
All contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law. A donation acknowledgement letter will be emailed to the provided email address and can be used as a receipt for tax purposes.

If you want to donate by check or cash, please print and complete the following form. Make your check payable to West Portal Parents Club or WPPC.
