Organized by West Portal/SFUSD parents and teachers
Daily themes
Hands on science, games, and art.
Camp is offered in English or Cantonese
No more than 25 students per class.
Up to four classes offered depending upon enrollment:
Chinese classes: English classes:
A = kids entering 1st-3rd grade next Fall C = kids entering 1st-3rd grade next Fall
B = kids entering 4th-6th grade next Fall D =kids entering 4th-6th grade next Fall
WHEN: June 23-27, 2008 M-F from 9-12:30pm.
Parents pack snack; lunch not included during school hours.
WHERE: Temple United Methodist Church, 1111 Junipero Serra (at 19th Ave.) SF.
Entrance is 65 Beverly Street. Alumni West Portal parent Schuyler Rhodes is pastor.

The Temple United Methodist Church is offering an after school summer program “Rainforest Adventure” from 1-5 p.m. Please visit www.templeunitedmethodist.org. If your child is staying for VBS please have them bring a lunch. They will have supervised lunch period from 12:30- 1p.m.

To Register: Tuition must be paid in full at time of registration. Registration cannot be accepted without payment in full. Please fill out this form and return it with a check for $80.00 payable to WPPC to 5 Lenox, Attn: Jennie Lee (parent), SF, CA 94127. First come, first enrolled. Parents will be notified immediately. If enrollment is full, your check will be returned shortly. If your child is unable to attend Science Summer School, your fee will be returned only if there is someone on our waiting list who can take your child’s place.
